Data Deletion
Last updated: July 2026
You can request deletion of your Fenix account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and what gets removed.
How to request deletion
Email googledev@benscimediagroup.co from the same address you use for your Fenix account, and let us know you'd like your account and data deleted. We may reply to confirm the request before proceeding.
What gets deleted
- Account records — your email address and any account/entitlement information we hold.
- Connected-platform tokens — stored OAuth access to any YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram account you connected.
- Associated data — any other data tied to your account on our systems.
Video and audio content itself is processed and stored on your own device, not on our servers — see the Privacy Policy for details. Deleting your account doesn't reach into your device; uninstalling the app or deleting local files does that.
Timeframe
We aim to complete deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 30 days of confirming the request.
Disconnecting a single platform instead
If you only want to revoke Fenix's access to one connected platform (YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram) rather than delete your whole account, you can do that directly from that platform's own account settings (e.g. Google Account's "Third-party apps & services"), or email us the same way and we'll remove that connection's stored token on our end.
